T-Maxx InternationalFinancial Analyst - Evaluator-Fully Remote-Part time
Role Overview
We are T-Maxx, a global talent solutions platform. We are partnering with a leading global AI and language technology company to recruit experienced Financial Analysts for an AI training project.
In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to evaluate and improve AI’s financial reasoning. By reviewing financial models, challenging business assumptions, and identifying overlooked financial risks, you’ll help AI approach financial work with the accuracy and judgment of an experienced analyst.
This is an opportunity to shape how AI supports finance teams, bringing the professional insight behind your financial reports, forecasts, and business recommendations into AI development.
No previous AI training or data annotation experience is required. Project guidelines will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic finance tasks from your experience — financial statement analysis, valuation models, bank-to-ledger reconciliation, operating budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Review AI-generated financial reports and models, checking calculations, forecast assumptions, and explanations of revenue, margin, and cash flow movements.
- Evaluate AI-prepared reconciliations and contract risk summaries, identifying accounting discrepancies and overlooked risks related to payment terms, penalties, and FX exposure.
- Provide corrected calculations, model revisions, and concise analyst commentary showing how to investigate variances, improve forecasts, and support business decisions.
Ideal Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or audit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or a recognized professional finance or accounting qualification.
- Strong financial analysis and Excel skills, with practical experience in one or more of the focus areas. Financial modeling experience is a plus.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to explain financial concepts and judgments clearly.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
