Financial Analyst - General

Description

Staff level corporate accounting position in a large healthcare system setting. Hybrid schedule Position Summary:
- Financial statement analysis Complex account reconciliations
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Budget preparations Compile statistics
- Learn different accounting systems and billing systems Create new Oracle reports as needed
- Train new hires in systems and methods Coordinates responses for multiple team members respond to audit requests
- Analyzes budget variances

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Three to five years accounting or finance experience required. Must be detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability. Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required. Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated strong ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite (in particular Excel), and general office equipment (i.e., printers, copy machine, etc.) required. Oracle experience preferred. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or business required. MBA/CPA preferred. Preferred Skills Public Accounting experience preferred Auditing/ internal control experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
