Financial Auditor / Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Auditor / Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis, audits, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports and audit findings for management review. Analyze trends, budgets, cash flow, and operational performance. Support month-end, year-end, and audit preparation processes. Utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) , Excel , and Claude for financial analysis and reporting tasks. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, and reporting. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) . Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, analysis). Experience using Claude or AI-assisted analytical tools is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
