Role Description The Financial Coach will provide personalized financial guidance to individuals using MantraCare’s remote, technology-enabled platforms. In this part-time remote role, the coach will assess clients’ financial situations, help set realistic goals, and create actionable plans covering budgeting, saving, debt reduction, and long-term financial wellness. Daily tasks include conducting virtual coaching sessions, delivering clear financial education, and documenting progress in alignment with MantraCare’s holistic care model. The Financial Coach will collaborate with other wellness professionals as needed, contribute to educational content and resources, and ensure that clients feel supported, informed, and empowered in their personal finance decisions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Coaching and Financial Education to guide and teach clients effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Personal Finance to design practical, goal-oriented financial plans.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance to interpret financial information and provide sound guidance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Accredited Financial Counselor, CFP, or similar) and experience in coaching or counseling are beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, comfort with remote/virtual work, and the ability to work with diverse populations are important.
• Experience with digital tools, data-driven decision-making, and interest in AI-enabled health and wellness solutions is a plus.
