Role Description This is a full-time Financial Consultant role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both office-based and work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Consultant will provide personalized financial advice, including insurance, investment, and retirement planning solutions tailored to clients’ life stages and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing financial needs, preparing financial plans, and recommending appropriate products and strategies. The role involves ongoing portfolio reviews, monitoring market developments, and ensuring clients stay on track with their financial objectives. The Financial Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Practical experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design holistic, long-term solutions for clients.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess client profiles, market conditions, and product suitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, ChFC) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulations and products, with a strong commitment to ethical and compliant advice.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet performance and service targets.
