Role Description This is a full-time, remote Financial Consultant (Commission-Based) role. The Financial Consultant will advise clients on comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, savings, investments, and retirement planning, tailored to individual goals and risk profiles. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and presenting recommendations in a clear, client-friendly manner. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, and adjusting plans as needed to align with changing circumstances and objectives. The consultant will collaborate with internal partners across insurance advisory and trading initiatives, and is expected to proactively source new clients and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to design comprehensive, long-term strategies for diverse client needs.
• Strong knowledge of Investments and Finance, including asset allocation, risk management, and understanding of financial markets and products.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risk, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly, build trust, and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Prior experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related fields; familiarity with insurance products and trading is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or similar) and a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline are preferred.
• Comfort working in a commission-based compensation structure, with a strong drive to meet targets ethically and deliver value to clients.
