Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Analyze company revenues, costs, and overall financial performance.
• Calculate profitability and margins on a client level.
• Prepare management reports, including P&L statements and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Build and improve financial reporting processes and tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding financial decisions.
• Work with financial data, including crypto-based transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial information.
• Report directly to the Founder.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models and reports.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity.
• Ability to analyze data and provide practical business recommendations.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or SaaS industries is an advantage.
• Good command of English & Russian.
