About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Your Role: Planning, controlling and overseeing allocation and production of payment runs in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to Treasury tasks execution Foreseeing, scheduling and ensuring timely execution of various taxes and obligations held by assigned clients in order to avoid late payments Checking and authorizing payment instructions in a timely and accurate manner Assisting to Manager on payment related controls, procedures review, maintenance and act as a center point of contact for team KPI tracking Following Transaction monitoring, Compliance, KYC and Payment security procedure in accordance to Company and Client policies Coaching and developing team members in a quantitative and qualitative way for realizing the team objectives Continuously reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way Maintaining and developing multiple business relations with Citco offices, clients and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process as well as actively participate in AP transfer process About You: Experience in related field (Accounts Payable, Treasury or Bookkeeping) Excellent command of English Possess effective organizational and communication skills You have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar Salary ranges 2660-3580 EUR GROSS Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
