Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time role responsible for overseeing all financial operations for BOK Korean Fried Chicken, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting processes. This hybrid position is based in Parañaque, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing general ledger activities, and ensuring accurate, timely month-end and year-end closings. The Financial Controller will develop and maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. The role also partners with leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic planning, and optimize the financial performance of the business.

• What you'll own
• Month-end and year-end close, with accurate and timely financial statements
• Tax compliance and regulatory filings
• Account reconciliations and internal controls
• Inventory, costing, and margin reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Improving our ERP processes and reporting
• Supporting external audits and tax filings
• Supervising and developing the accounting team

• What we're looking for
• CPA, required
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience, with 2 or more in a supervisory or controller role
• Strong command of Philippine tax and accounting standards
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
• Multi-entity accounting experience is a plus
• Background in F&B, franchising, retail, or manufacturing is preferred
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to explain how every number was built
