This role focuses on drafting and maintaining policies and standards within a corporate environment to ensure compliance with financial crime regulations and operational requirements. Key Accountabilities Draft, review, and update financial crime policies and standards to align with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather input and ensure policies are practical and effective Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment on policy matters. Apply operational knowledge gained from experience working within or for a large banking institution to inform policy development. Support delivery of large-scale change programmes, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: Experience of drafting Policies and Standards in a corporate environment. Experience and knowledge of financial crime, ideally in a drafting capacity. Stakeholder management – critical as this will be a key part of the role. Experience of working in or for a big bank to bring the operational understanding of financial crime requirement Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions #Li-Hybrid
