This is NOT a passive servicing or back-office planning role. Our advisors are expected to lead relationships, build trust, guide clients confidently through decisions, and contribute directly to the continued growth of the firm.

Core Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Lead client conversations with confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Conduct Quantify Your Rich Fulfilling Life (QYRFL) meetings.
Conduct Your Rich Fulfilling Life Starts Here (YRFLSH) meetings.
Present Initial Financial Life Plans (IFLPs) and Final Financial Life Plans (FFLPs).
Help clients clearly understand and confidently move forward with recommended strategies.
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their journey.
Conduct quarterly client check-ins and annual review meetings.
Deliver a high-touch client experience aligned with the Rich, Fulfilling Life™ philosophy.
Growth & Business Development
Build rapport and maintain momentum throughout the client journey.
Participate in client dinners, networking opportunities, seminars, and events.
Contribute to referral growth through strong relationship management.
Work collaboratively with the pipeline and marketing teams to maintain a healthy flow of opportunities.
Maintain urgency, responsiveness, and ownership throughout the process.
Client Coordination & Internal Collaboration
Communicate effectively with internal planning, insurance, investment, and operations teams.
Ensure smooth handoffs and execution of agreed-upon client strategies.
Obtain required client documentation in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, and client updates.
Follow established systems, processes, and operational procedures consistently.
Ensure tasks, follow-ups, and scorecards are completed accurately and on time.

CFP designation completed or actively in progress
Experience in financial services, sales, relationship management, or client advisory services
Public speaking or presentation experience is considered an asset
Experience working with affluent professionals is an asset
Important Notes About This Role
This role includes occasional evening and weekend client engagements and networking events.
This role also includes evening and weekend client meetings
This is a growth-oriented role with performance expectations and accountability
Success in this role requires strong follow-through, urgency, communication, and relationship-building ability
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys both service and growth - not someone seeking a purely technical or back-office planning position

Hours of work:
Standard workweek of 40 hours, with availability to travel, attend events and flexibility to work in evenings and on weekends.
Overtime, where applicable, will be compensated in accordance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA).
This role is an incremental addition to the existing team, with high ownership and visibility, created to support the company’s growth objectives.

COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – $100,000.00 - $140,000.00
Final compensation will be determined thoughtfully based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, demonstrated impact, and alignment with the scope of the role. While all candidates are expected to bring relevant experience, the upper end of the range will typically be reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth across the role’s core competencies, a proven track record of delivering meaningful results in comparable environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
