AO Globe Life is seeking a Financial Protection Representative to help clients better understand insurance choices for themselves and their families. You will meet with clients virtually, identify their needs, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.
This position offers a supportive work-from-home environment for individuals who want to use their communication skills in a career with training, mentorship, and income growth potential.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through warm company-provided leads
Schedule and conduct virtual needs-based appointments
Learn about each client’s goals, concerns, and coverage priorities
Explain insurance options and available benefits
Provide clear answers and guide clients through next steps
Follow up professionally and maintain strong client relationships
Keep accurate documentation of client conversations
Participate in team training and performance coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
