Financial Reporting Analyst

Date: Jul 30, 2026 Location: Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Financial Reporting Analyst (Hybrid) Full time, Tokyo, Japan In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of all the financial reporting requirements of BCD Travel in Japan. You will establish financial policies and procedures to ensure that the assets of the company are secure and expenditures are properly outlined. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will Be accountable for timely and accurate company’s financial reporting and analysis Help manage month end close process including balance sheet reconciliations, finance report preparation Ensure timely completion and review of account reconciliations Provide oversight of reconciliations for Accounts Payable (including BSP Billing Settlement Plan), Credit Cards Recommend and develop policies, procedures, and systems to meet company objectives Be responsible for implementing technology to improve reporting and reconciliation processes Audit the client finance report to ensure transaction fees are charged and billed correctly Become a subject matter expert on finance systems and workflows Prepare and maintain policy and procedure documentation for finance to ensure proper oversight and governance Advise business partners of correct finance governance and compliance requirements as relates to external and internal policies and procedures and regulations Address any back-office booking and billing concerns with the business partner to ensure that all amounts in the financial reports are accurately recorded in the financial system About you Prior experience in a similar role University degree or equivalent experience Sound knowledge of Controlling and Financial Reporting Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office products Good command of spoken and written English Independent, goal- and results-oriented work style Excellent team, communication, and motivational skills What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
