About the Company

A global pharmaceutical company is building its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its reporting team. You will own the accuracy and timeliness of numbers that flow up to a global headquarters. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, making sure statements are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Close

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Own parts of the month-end close and reconciliations
• Ensure reporting aligns with group policy and accounting standards

Controls & Review

• Support audits with clean schedules and documentation
• Investigate variances and resolve reporting issues

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in financial reporting, accounting, or audit
• Solid grasp of accounting standards such as IFRS or Ind AS
• Methodical, accurate, and deadline-driven
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a GCC, MNC, or audit firm
• CA, ACCA, or CPA, qualified or part-qualified
• Hands-on with an ERP such as SAP or Oracle
