What you’ll be working on…

• Assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materials
• Gather necessary data from various business unit accountants and review for accuracy
• Assist with tie out procedures of completed disclosures
• Aid in preparing the quarterly disclosure checklist
• Performing quality control checks on the documents
• Aid the team with month-end close process
• Gather data and prepare journal entries

Who you are...

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe
