Financial Services Administrator (IFA) Location: Market Harborough or Birmingham (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time (with an early Friday finish!) Salary: Up to £32,000, depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Relationship team. You will ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met. You will work from our Birmingham or Market Harborough office, but with the ability to work from home, and will have full IFA experience in order to hit the ground running following initial process training. Knowledge & Experience Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration role, with a strong understanding of the financial planning process. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Skills / Personal Attributes Proficient IT skills, with basic spread sheet and database knowledge. Highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused, with honesty and integrity at the core of your approach. Strong written and verbal English literacy skills are essential. Client Servicing & Review Support Book, confirm and prepare for Annual Review appointments, including client review packs and highlighting outstanding requirements to Planners Prepare and issue Periodic Suitability Reports and complete all post-meeting documentation and actions. Administration & Business Processing Process Letters of Authority, death claims and change of address requests, ensuring accurate documentation throughout. Handle reallocation tasks, including liaising with providers and updating plans and fees on Intelliflo. Manage ad‑hoc administration requests, including tax pack preparation, uploading daily post and correspondence. Ensure all tasks on iO are reviewed, updated and accurately maintained. Obtain and record compliance documents, including completing anti‑money‑laundering checks. Client Relationship Management and Team Coordination Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and ensuring a high standard of service.
