What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Consultant FS – Finance Transformation, you will support banks, insurers and other financial institutions in improving the way their Finance function operates. Working closely with CFOs, finance teams and business stakeholders, you will contribute to projects focused on process optimization, performance management, reporting, digitalization and transformation.

You will gain exposure to both the operational and strategic side of Finance, helping clients build more efficient and future-ready Finance organizations.

In this role, you will:

• Support Finance Transformation projects across banking and insurance clients
• Analyse and improve finance processes, operating models and reporting capabilities
• Assist in the design of future-state Finance organizations and ways of working
• Gather business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews and process analyses
• Contribute to initiatives related to financial reporting, planning & forecasting, management reporting, cost management and regulatory reporting
• Build expertise in the prudential frameworks governing Financial Services institutions, including Basel III for banks and Solvency II for insurers as well as accounting and reporting frameworks such as BEGAAP and IFRS
• Support the implementation of transformation programs, including project coordination, analysis and change activities
• Explore how technologies such as ERP solutions, automation, AI and data analytics can create value within the Finance function
• Build expertise in the Financial Services industry and the evolving CFO agenda

• Technology affinity: You are interested in the role of technology and data in transforming business functions
• Entrepreneurial attitude: You take initiative, enjoy learning and thrive in dynamic environments
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
• Mobility: Willing to work with clients across Belgium and based in our Zaventem office
