Financial Services Representative Intern

The Job: We’re looking for a Financial Services Representative Intern to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, following up with clients, and supporting collection efforts to ensure timely payments. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused mindset. What you will be doing: Manage and follow up on a portfolio of assigned accounts. Contact customers through calls and emails regarding outstanding balances. Update customer account information in the system. Verify customer data to ensure accuracy for automatic payments. Support collection activities to help keep accounts current. What you will likely bring: Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems efficiently. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Requirements: Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Currently studying Finance o similar Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
