As part of the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance (FRQA) organization within Corporate Controllership, this role is accountable for overseeing critical Level 1 production support processes for financial systems, including data sourcing, ingestion, transformation, validation, operational calendar management, end-to-end process coordination, and incident management. The team maintains deep knowledge of data sources, processing workflows, and regulatory reporting requirements, and is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents across a broad range of finance technology platforms. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, financial acumen, disciplined operational execution, proactive monitoring, and timely incident resolution. The Service Management Financial System Analyst is expected to be collaborative, highly organized, and results oriented, with responsibility for end-to-end operational monitoring, incident tracking, triage, problem management, and support of financial system reliability, stability, and performance. This role is responsible for ensuring financial systems operations are effectively governed, executed, monitored, controlled, and continuously improved. Key responsibilities include: Manage operational processes to ensure financial systems function as intended, processes run efficiently, and required controls and auditability are maintained. Ensure successful completion of daily operational activities in alignment with established processing calendars, controls, and service expectations. Collaborate with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to triage incidents, manage resolution activities, and support timely root cause analysis. Identify recurring incident themes and partner with technology and business teams to drive sustainable remediation and reduce operational risk. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, standardization, and automation. Assess the operational impact of production changes and ensure runbooks, procedures, and related documentation are updated accurately and on time. Develop, operationalize, and monitor dashboards that provide transparency into process health, operational performance, and service management trends. Document business and technical requirements for enhancements, standard operating procedures, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and control management requirements. Identify, document, implement, and periodically test operational controls in accordance with RCSA/PRSA guidelines to confirm control effectiveness. Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and production incident troubleshooting, including the ability to write complex queries and perform multi-table joins. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MemSQL, Oracle and Putty for incident triage, reporting, and operational support. Advanced knowledge of job scheduling tools such as Airflow and Automic is required. Experience in Generative AI frameworks would be an added advantage. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, monitoring, logging, IAM, production support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, is preferred. Experience with AxiomSL is preferred. Knowledge of Flink and Beam server is preferred. Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is preferred.
