For our Swiss organization, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take ownership of the finance function.

The Role

This is a hands-on and highly autonomous position covering accounting, controlling, reporting, financial planning, tax and VAT compliance, treasury and selected HR and corporate administration activities.

Working closely with the Swiss Country Manager and Group CFO, you will also act as a finance business partner, providing insights and recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the end-to-end finance function for EIM Switzerland

· Manage accounting, AP/AR, general ledger and monthly closing

· Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Swiss requirements (OR)

· Manage invoicing, collections, VAT compliance and audit coordination

· Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, cash-flow forecasts and management reporting

· Monitor KPIs, liquidity and working capital and provide actionable financial insights

· Coordinate payroll, social security and employee-related administration

· Liaise with external trustees, auditors, tax advisors and Group Finance

· Support selected corporate and office administration activities

Your Profile

· Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Controlling

· 3–5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience,

· Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting, statutory requirements and VAT

· Experience with Swiss payroll/social security processes is a must

· Strong analytical skills and excellent Excel / Google Sheets capabilities

· Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Power BI and treasury experience are a plus

· Fluent German and English

· Autonomous, hands-on and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
