Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Finished Jewelry Associate. The Finished Jewelry Associate will be responsible for managing the finished jewelry portfolio, ensuring product quality, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining the integrity of product listings. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and implementing strategies to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of finished jewelry products and gemstone properties
• Experience in product quality assurance and supplier coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in product catalog management and e-commerce platforms
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Gemology, Business, or related field is a plus
