Role Description As the Finland Online Language School Franchise Partner, you will manage and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Finland through a contract, remote role. You will oversee local business development, including identifying target markets, building client relationships, and driving sales of language and corporate training programs. Daily activities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing the local website and CRM, and supervising customer inquiries and enrollment processes. You will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to ensure quality standards, align on training offerings, and implement operational best practices. In addition, you will recruit and coordinate teaching staff as needed, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to expand the franchise in Finland.
Qualifications

• Franchising and Ownership skills, with the ability to manage and grow a local franchise business.
• Training experience, particularly in education or corporate learning environments.
• Finance skills for budgeting, forecasting, and managing revenue and expenses.
• Sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Strong business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish is highly beneficial.
• Experience in education, language services, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort working remotely with international teams and using digital tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, online meeting software).
