WasteHero is growing in Finland and needs a project manager who can run municipal software implementations in Finnish, from kick-off to acceptance test, with our Nordic delivery team behind you.
What you will do
- Lead implementation projects for Finnish municipal waste organisations: scope, plan, migrate data, configure, train and hand over.
- Be the customer's daily counterpart in Finnish and the team's voice inside WasteHero.
- Run acceptance testing and documentation to public-procurement standards.
- Feed customer requirements back into the product roadmap.
What we look for
- 5+ years of project management in software or public-sector IT delivery; PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum certification (PSM/CSM) preferred.
- Finnish at native or C1 level and professional English; Swedish is a plus.
- Experience with municipal or utility customers, tenders and acceptance processes.
- Calm under deadlines, precise in writing, comfortable presenting to steering groups.
