💼 We are currently looking for a Finnish Payroll Implementation Consultant to join an international payroll transformation project. We are looking for a consultant with hands-on Payroll Implementation experience and deep knowledge of Finnish payroll processes and legislation.

This is an implementation-focused position, not a Payroll Operations role.

Key Requirements

▪️ +2 years of hands-on Payroll Implementation experience

▪️ Experience working as an Implementation Consultant throughout different phases of payroll implementation projects, as part of the overall project team

▪️ Deep knowledge of Finnish Payroll, including local payroll processes, requirements and legislation

▪️ Ability to understand, advise on and guide the Finnish payroll setup during implementation

▪️ Experience with Payroll / HRIS systems

▪️ Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing and/or validation activities within payroll implementation projects

▪️ Ability to work with different stakeholders in an international project environment

▪️ Professional English is mandatory

▪️ Finnish language skills are desirable

Please note: This role requires previous Payroll Implementation experience. Profiles whose experience is primarily focused on payroll processing, payroll administration or operational payroll activities without implementation experience will not match the key requirements of the position.
