Finnish-Speaking SAP PM Consultant | Brno, Czech Republic

Are you an experienced SAP PM professional looking to grow your career in an international environment?

We are recruiting a Finnish-speaking SAP PM Consultant to join a global leader in digital services and consulting, supporting international organizations throughout their digital transformation.

📍 Location: Brno, Czech Republic

🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

💰 Salary: Approximately CZK 45,000 gross per month

📅 Start dates: Available every two weeks

🗣 Languages: Near-native Finnish and fluent English

Your responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance processes, including equipment master data, maintenance plans, notifications and maintenance orders
• Handle incidents, service requests and system changes in line with agreed SLAs
• Analyse technical and functional issues, including basic ABAP debugging
• Support plant and shop-floor users by translating operational needs into effective SAP solutions
• Collaborate with plant operations, IT departments and external vendors
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities
• Support breakdown, preventive, calibration and shutdown maintenance processes

What we are looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, FI/CO, QM, PS and PP
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM or similar change-management tools
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or BMC Remedy
• Understanding of plant-maintenance processes and KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, backlog and preventive-maintenance compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
• Near-native Finnish and fluent English
• EU passport or national ID and eligibility to work in the Czech Republic
• Availability to relocate to Brno
• Experience with S/4HANA Asset Management, SAP Work Manager or Fiori maintenance applications will be considered a strong advantage. Czech language skills are also an asset.

Relocation support:
