About the role As a First Mile Carrier Management Senior Logistics Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing and managing carrier performance across our first-mile transportation network. You will work closely with carriers, operational teams, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable collection services that support Reconomy’s global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring carrier performance, analyzing logistics data, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. You will act as a key point of contact for carrier-related matters, helping to strengthen partnerships while ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements. The position offers significant exposure to international logistics operations and the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic transportation and supply chain initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making, influence operational improvements, and help shape the future of Reconomy’s first-mile logistics network. We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment. What we need from you Proven experience in logistics, transportation, carrier management, supply chain operations, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights. Experience managing carrier relationships and monitoring service performance against KPIs and SLAs. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operational, commercial, and procurement teams. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Commercial awareness and understanding of transportation costs, carrier performance, and operational efficiency drivers. Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with international teams. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience with logistics management systems, transportation platforms, or data visualization tools would be an advantage.
