Fitness Coordinator, Senior Living

Fitness Coordinator – Senior Living Wellness BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Fitness Coordinator to join our Fitness and Wellness Senior Living team. This is a remote position with travel as needed throughout the service area and to BAYADA headquarters in South Jersey. As a Fitness Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting wellness programming across our senior living communities. You'll coordinate fitness classes, recruit and support instructors, manage community relationships, and help ensure our programs consistently deliver a high-quality experience for residents. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to senior living communities, residents, and internal partners Coordinate fitness classes and wellness programming across assigned senior living communities Manage a portfolio of communities and ensure appropriate instructor coverage Source, interview, hire, and onboard fitness instructors Manage weekly payroll processes and maintain accurate employee files Build strong, collaborative relationships with fitness instructors, senior living communities, sales teams, and service offices Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance, instructor reliability, class cancellations, and other program metrics Identify opportunities to improve program performance and participant engagement Attend regular meetings with the sales team and supporting service offices Travel throughout the service area and to BAYADA headquarters in South Jersey as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Health Sciences, Business, Exercise Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Experience with fitness or wellness programs in senior living communities is a plus Demonstrated record of achieving goals and successfully taking on increasing levels of responsibility Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Ability to travel as needed throughout the service area and to South Jersey headquarters Why You'll Love BAYADA: Competitive Compensation Base salary of $50,000–$55,000, based on qualifications and experience Weekly pay Comprehensive Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Direct deposit Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Meaningful Work & Mission-Driven Culture BAYADA offers the stability and resources of a national organization while maintaining the values and culture of a family-owned business.
