Hiring: Fleet Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet operations, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to the growth and efficiency of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire, onboard, and manage new fleet vendors.

Oversee day-to-day fleet operations.

Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.

Monitor fleet performance and ensure smooth operations.

Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Maintain strong relationships with fleet partners and vendors.

Ensure efficient fleet management and support overall fleet growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fleet management, fleet operations, or a related field.

Proven experience in fleet hiring, onboarding, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of day-to-day fleet operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of fleet operations.

Must be currently based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Job Details:

Location: Remote — Islamabad-based candidates preferred

Experience: 1+ Year

Salary: PKR 55,000/month
