Founder’s Associate - Commercial Operations

Role Description The Founder’s Associate – Commercial Operations is a full-time remote role working closely with the founding team to drive day-to-day business operations and commercial growth. Responsibilities include supporting strategic planning, tracking key metrics, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and partnerships. The role involves setting up and optimizing operational processes, preparing dashboards and reports, and managing communication between internal teams and external partners. The Founder’s Associate will assist with market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity sizing for new creator-commerce offerings. This role also includes creating structured documentation, improving workflows, and handling ad hoc projects that enable fast, informed decision-making by the founders.

• Candidates should possess commercial and operational skills, such as process optimization, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess basic digital and creator-commerce understanding, including familiarity with online marketplaces, social commerce, and creator or influencer ecosystems.
• Relevant qualifications include prior experience in business operations, consulting, or startup environments; proficiency with productivity and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); and a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
