Practical Information

Location: Poland | Work Arrangement: Remote | Language Requirements: Fluent Polish & Communicative English | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland

As our new Flexera / Snow Software Junior Technical Consultant, you will support delivery Teams in the implementation and operation of Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on experience with Snow Software, software asset management processes, integrations, and data analysis while contributing to customer projects and solution improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Snow Software and related SLM solutions
• Assist with software inventory, compliance, and asset management activities
• Help analyze customer data and prepare reports and recommendations
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and basic system integrations
• Monitor data quality and support ongoing solution maintenance
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
• Learn and develop expertise in SAM, ITAM, and software licensing best practices

What we need to see from you

• Basic understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• Basic knowledge about ITIL standard.
• Interest in software licensing, technology management, and IT processes
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data
• Basic knowledge of databases, scripting, or system integrations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach

Nice to have

• Experience with ITAM solutions like: Flexera, Snow, ServiceNow, others.
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting technologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Relevant SAM, ITAM, or ITSM certifications
• ITIL certification
