Flexible Remote Work for English Speakers – Help Improve AI

Enterprise client partners with innovative companies to help improve their AI models — and we’re looking for English speakers who want flexible, remote work. No AI or technical background is required. If you can write clearly, think critically, and enjoy problem-solving, you can do this.

In this role, you’ll work on straightforward tasks that help make AI responses more helpful and accurate. You might create simple question-and-answer prompts, review model-generated replies, or give feedback on how well an AI explained its reasoning.

Some examples of projects you might work on:

• Create and answer questions to train AI models.
• Review, analyze, and rank AI-models' chains of thought for correctness and approach.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses.

Backgrounds may include but not limited to:

• Customer support, quality assurance, virtual assistants / administrators, analytics, consulting, even just basic programming
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required
