■ Minimum Requirements

- Experience in mobile app development using Flutter (Dart) (covering the full lifecycle from design to release and maintenance).

- Experience leading a development team (even at a small scale) or equivalent experience with significant development discretion.

- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

- A strong understanding of and interest in mobile app UI/UX design.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating with BaaS/APIs such as Firebase or GraphQL.

- Experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines.

- Deep knowledge of architectural patterns and state management (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC).

- Experience in developing and operating B2C (to-customer) apps.

- Interest in expanding capabilities to Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop.
