Además, serás responsable de actividades como la preparación de documentación (factura, albarán, conocimiento de embarque), gestión de aduanas, seguimiento y localización, gestión de reclamaciones, gestión de facturación, ejecución del cumplimiento (SSM, calidad, gestión de riesgos), apoyo a las licitaciones y gestión del rendimiento de terceros.

Cómo contribuirás

Tus tareas:

• Prestar un servicio de alto nivel al proceso de envíos de exportación entre compañías, mediante informes directos y apoyo a todas las funciones que intervienen en el proceso
• Ser responsable de la exportación de los envíos entre compañías, incluida la creación de documentos de facturación SAP
• Ser responsable de la preparación de otros documentos de exportación, todo tipos de certificados
• Cooperar con partes externas, por ejemplo, con los organismos de aduanas
• Cooperar con el equipo de almacén y los operadores logísticos externos para la preparación del envío

• Experiencia en SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel: tablas dinámicas, Vkookup, Sumif, etc. y PPT)
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión

What you need to know about this role:

• Supplier invoice control against contracts and quotations, verifying expected timelines and amounts.
• Monitoring and follow-up on inconsistencies across different service providers.
• Recording, control, and tracking of internal expense spreadsheets, as well as those provided by suppliers, according to established expense categories for Argentina and Uruguay (customs brokers, freight agents, facilitators, etc.).
• Control of customs documentation submission for accounting purposes, in accordance with reception parameters and controls established with the plants.
• Control of the customs broker's petty cash fund, cross-referencing with received documents and their status.
• Payment status follow-up.
• Payment requests for INAL, SENASA, ARCA (Gaex, fines) and preparation of the weekly customs cash flow.
• Daily monitoring of communications under SICNEA. Preparation of area reports.
• Creation of service purchase orders.

Specific requirements for this role:

• Strong analytical, control, follow-up, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with other departments and suppliers.
• Knowledge of foreign trade processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• SAP and SIDOM (desirable, not mandatory).

Work arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
