Forsta Decipher Expert

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Europe, North and South America.

We are looking for an experienced Forsta Decipher expert to provide short-term, hands-on training to our team on advanced survey programming and custom development.

Our team already has a basic understanding of the platform and experience developing standard surveys. We are looking for an expert who can help us master advanced features, custom implementations, and best practices for handling more complex survey projects.

Key Training Areas

• Custom Survey Templates: Creating respondent-friendly custom templates and improving the user experience for standard question types.
• Sample Management and Survey Launches: Managing and provisioning survey samples for production launches, including survey links and parameter management for panels.
• Advanced Quota Development: Developing standard quotas and quota-based assigners, including complex assigners and multi-matrix quota buttons.
• Ad Hoc Studies: Understanding best practices, platform limitations, and approaches to handling ad hoc studies.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Forsta Decipher (Decipher Surveys).
• Strong expertise in advanced survey programming and custom development.
• Practical experience with custom survey templates, sample management, quota development, and ad hoc studies.
• Ability to explain complex platform-specific concepts and demonstrate practical solutions.
• Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Strong spoken and written English skills (Intermediate level and more).
