About Trebellar

Trebellar is the AI platform for corporate real estate. Enterprise CRE teams use Trebellar to turn fragmented lease, space, and occupancy data into a single decision-making layer — replacing spreadsheets and guesswork with an AI-native system of record. We're backed by Blossom Capital, with participation from Jack Altman and Semil Shah (Haystack), and we're a small, fast-moving team building category-defining infrastructure for one of the largest, least-modernized categories of enterprise spend.

About the role

You'll work directly with enterprise customers after implementation, primarily through virtual working sessions, with onsite engagement where it adds value. You'll help them operationalize Trebellar and integrate it into the way they plan, analyze, and make real estate decisions.

As an experienced real estate and workplace practitioner, you'll combine industry expertise with deep knowledge of the Trebellar platform to design workflows, build planning scenarios, and help customers solve complex business problems across the platform's capabilities. You'll work alongside customer teams, building with them rather than simply training them.

This is a builder role. The foundational ideas for this role are taking shape, but the function itself still needs to be built. You'll help define the engagement model, methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for how Trebellar partners with customers after implementation, creating repeatable approaches that accelerate time to value while driving lasting adoption and better decisions.

What you'll do

Workflow design and operationalization

  • Understand how each customer's real estate organization plans, analyzes, and makes decisions, then help embed Trebellar into those workflows.

  • Design and implement workflows across Portfolio Planner, Explorer, AI, reporting, and other platform capabilities.

  • Build planning scenarios, reports, dashboards, AI prompts, and other customer-specific solutions that support meaningful business decisions.

  • Help customers adapt existing processes, governance, and operating rhythms to fully leverage the platform.

  • Turn one-time project work into repeatable operational workflows that become part of how customers run their business.

Time-to-value and engagement delivery

  • Own the delivery of your assigned customer workstreams, translating business objectives into practical solutions within Trebellar.

  • Work with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to prioritize the workflows and use cases most likely to create meaningful customer value early in an engagement.

  • Coordinate closely with the CSM, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum.

  • Balance multiple customer engagements while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer partnership.

  • Help define how Trebellar scopes, delivers, and measures Forward Deployed Consulting engagements as the function evolves.

Customer capability and knowledge transfer

  • Build customer capability through collaborative working sessions rather than traditional product training.

  • Transfer knowledge continuously throughout each engagement so customer teams develop confidence while work is being completed.

  • Create reusable templates, documentation, and best practices that support long-term customer success.

  • Leave customers with the knowledge and capability to independently sustain and expand the workflows established during the engagement.

Real estate and workplace advisory

  • Apply practical experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio planning, occupancy planning, and workplace analytics to customer engagements.

  • Help customers evaluate trade-offs, improve planning processes, and strengthen decision-making through better use of data.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to workplace, real estate, facilities, finance, HR, and executive stakeholders.

  • Connect Trebellar capabilities to the business outcomes customers are working to achieve, not simply the features they are using.

Product insight and internal partnership

  • Deliver structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on patterns observed across customer engagements.

  • Partner closely with CSMs to ensure consulting engagements align with broader customer goals and success plans.

  • Identify recurring workflow gaps, product opportunities, and implementation patterns that should inform the product roadmap.

  • Help establish repeatable methodologies, templates, and playbooks that improve future customer engagements.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 days: Build deep product knowledge, understand how Trebellar's customers plan and operate, contribute to active customer engagements, and develop a practical point of view on how Forward Deployed Consulting should evolve.

  • Months 3 to 5: Own customer workstreams, helping customers operationalize complex workflows while refining repeatable methodologies, knowledge transfer practices, and engagement approaches.

  • Ongoing: Help customers integrate Trebellar into their day-to-day planning and decision-making processes, increase adoption beyond the engagement, and contribute to a scalable consulting model that consistently accelerates time to value and improves customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, portfolio planning, occupancy planning, workplace analytics, consulting, or a related discipline.

  • Experience designing or improving operational workflows within enterprise organizations.

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal business stakeholders in a consulting or advisory capacity.

  • Strong facilitation, executive communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience translating complex business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business audiences.

  • Comfort working in ambiguity, creating structure where it is needed, and helping define a new function as the company grows.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn customer context into clear recommendations for internal teams.

  • Genuine curiosity about how enterprise organizations make real estate decisions and a passion for helping them improve.

What we offer

  • A small, high-context team where your ownership is visible and your impact compounds quickly.

  • Competitive compensation plus employee stock options, giving you a genuine ownership stake in an early-stage business, so you share in what you help build.

  • Health benefits, 401(k) match and flexible time off.
