About the Role
Join an AI and automation team delivering production solutions directly within customer environments. You will own end-to-end deployments, turning complex operational workflows into reliable AI agents and measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead customer engagements from kickoff through go-live, owning delivery and the working relationship.
Map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and determine where processes need improvement or blockers need resolution.
Translate business logic into agent behaviors, including decision rules, exception paths, and fallbacks.
Configure and deploy agents across customer systems such as ERPs, portals, spreadsheets, email, and custom tools.
Write integration code, scripts, and prototypes, then debug and improve agents in production.
Run working sessions with customer stakeholders, align scope to business needs, and identify opportunities to expand impact.
Document reusable patterns, templates, and runbooks, and share recurring workflow insights with product and engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
Five to eight years of experience in forward deployed engineering, applied AI, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on delivery role.
Experience shipping agentic AI systems in production within customer environments and owning scoping, implementation, and go-live.
Hands-on skills with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, evaluations, MCP, RAG, APIs, and integration code using Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
Ability to work with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and enterprise systems, including ERPs and operational tools.
Direct customer delivery or startup experience, beyond pre-sales, demos, or advisory work, with a focus on individual contributor work.
Strong customer-facing communication, including the ability to lead sessions and connect technical delivery to business impact.
Experience in operationally complex sectors such as retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
Based in the UK, eligible to work in the United States as a citizen or Green Card holder, and willing to travel frequently to customer sites across the UK and EU, around three days per week during active deployments.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €110,000 to €200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Remote, United Kingdom, with frequent travel to customer sites across the UK and EU.
