As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will drive end-to-end transformation from initial problem discovery and rapid PoC execution to full production deployment. Unlike traditional development roles, your frontline insights directly shape the company's core product roadmap. ■ Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of practical experience as a software engineer.

- Full-stack development capabilities (Backend + Frontend).

- Hands-on experience developing applications utilizing LLMs/Generative AI.

- Experience with cloud platform development and operation (AWS / GCP / Azure).

- Fluent Japanese language proficiency for smooth technical discussions.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer-facing experience (Technical Consulting, SE, CS, etc.).

- Experience in enterprise SaaS implementation or customization.

- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).

- Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipeline construction, and fundamental cybersecurity.
