Forward Deployed Engineer (São Paulo)

The Forward Deployed Engineer is one of the most important roles at Luzid. You sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, embedded directly in the workflows of some of the world's largest and most prestigious implementation teams. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll work directly with SI partners and enterprise customers to configure, deploy, and drive adoption of Luzid across live implementation projects. When something breaks, you fix it. When a workflow doesn't fit, you adapt it. When a deployment succeeds, you turn it into a repeatable playbook that scales the entire function. You'll be shaping what "great deployment" looks like at Luzid, which means your work will directly influence the product roadmap, the customer success motion, and ultimately the company's ability to expand within its largest accounts.
