Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the Role

Own the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents, from initial deployment through ongoing optimization and expansion. You will connect customers in lending and other regulated industries with the product team, turning business needs into effective agent experiences and helping establish how this function operates as the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships end to end, learning each customer's business, scoping deployments, and expanding agents into additional use cases.

• Meet with customer decision-makers to explain agent value, discuss return on investment, and demonstrate business impact using data.

• Investigate agent behavior on individual calls, debug issues, customize conversation flows, and address compliance needs.

• Share customer feedback and unmet needs with the product team and help shape new product capabilities.

• Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in product management with direct customer-facing responsibilities, ideally at a Series A to D startup.

• Experience working directly with customers or clients. Relevant backgrounds may include product management, solutions engineering, or management and strategy consulting.

• Strong product judgment, technical product understanding, and the ability to perform basic debugging.

• Comfort working through ambiguity, taking end-to-end ownership, analyzing data, and explaining ROI.

• Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatGPT, along with SQL.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated domains such as mortgage, lending, financial services, or healthcare is valuable.

• A degree from a highly selective US university is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States, with four days per week in the office and Wednesdays remote.
