Founder Associate, LatAm Growth - Remote

The mission

After establishing a strong foothold across Europe, we’re launching our next frontier: Latin America.

We’re looking for a driven, high-caliber operator to lead the launch of our fastest-growing market.

You’ll be easypeasy’s first hire in LatAm, winning our first students, uncovering what drives the market, and building the foundation for regional growth. You’ll work side by side with the founders and build the market from the ground up.

Your impact:

• Drive the first sales calls and demos in LatAm, converting prospects into students
• Uncover objections, cultural nuances, and buying triggers, then turn those insights into a stronger sales playbook
• Experiment relentlessly with channels, messaging, and offers to identify what drives growth
• Create the playbook that will scale the next generation of LatAm hires
• Own ambitious targets with full autonomy, working directly with the founders

We are looking for someone who is:

• Portuguese at C2 level and strong English at C1+, Spanish is a plus
• A natural communicator who inspires and motivates others
• Willing to embrace challenges and driven by ambitious targets
• Moving really fast
• Entrepreneurial with a lot of excitement to build from zero
• Ready to grow into a leadership role as LatAm scales
• Comfortable with the intensity of an early-stage build
