Job Description: We are looking for a visionary and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our founding team at Gyro Finance. As a Co-Founder, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and success of the company. You will work closely with other co-founders and key stakeholders to drive our mission forward, build a world-class team, and develop groundbreaking DeFi products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall vision and strategy for Gyro Finance, ensuring alignment with our mission and market opportunities.

• Product Development: Oversee the development and execution of innovative DeFi products, working closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, building relationships with investors, and securing the necessary capital to fuel our growth.

• Team Building: Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse and talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, market opportunities, and growth initiatives to expand our reach and impact.

• Operations: Establish and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

• Marketing & Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, attract users, and establish Gyro Finance as a leader in the DeFi space.

• Compliance: Ensure that all operations and activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

• Experience: Proven track record of founding or leading a successful startup, preferably within the fintech or blockchain industry.

• Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Technical Understanding: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance, and related ecosystems.

• Fundraising: Demonstrated experience in raising capital from venture capital firms, angel investors, or other funding sources.

• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, investors, and partners.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
