Founding Account Executive (New Business) — Antwerp
Our Client
An AI-native, all-in-one sales and sourcing platform, built for the people who actually understand recruitment agencies — because that's who built it. Spun out as an independent, self-funded SaaS company in 2026 after seven years developed in-house inside a major European recruitment group, following a headline sale of that group's consulting arm. Today it's a ~40-person team that's pivoted to serve agencies exclusively and is growing fast — targeting a 5x+ increase in ARR this year, with no VC money involved, so the outcomes stay in the hands of the people building it.
What You'll Get
€70,000k to €90,000 base, with uncapped OTE set at double your base — so realistically. Tiered commission rises to 40% at the top tier, plus an extra bonus for business you bring in through your own network, because your relationships should count for something. Freelance or employed, whichever suits you and your life right now. You'll be based within commuting distance of Antwerp as its 2-3 days in office and you'll need to visit events every so often. You'll get a proper, structured onboarding (induction week) and real, regular time with the founders — not just a name on an org chart.
What You'll Do
Own new business for your city from day one, with a live book of pipeline handed to you so you're not starting from a blank page. The sales cycle is short and high-energy — discovery, demo, trial — and you'll have a genuine say in shaping how this business goes to market in your region, working closely alongside the founding team and product function who actually want to hear from you.
What You'll Need
You'll need 2+ years in either recruitment or selling RecTech along with proven SaaS sales experience — this is the heart of what we're looking for, not a box-ticking exercise, so if this is you, we want to hear from you even if the rest doesn't match perfectly. Speaking Dutch is a must-have. Having a real network and some credibility in your city's recruitment scene will go a long way too, along with a genuine appetite to help shape something new rather than just follow someone else's playbook.
