Plinth | Zürich, Switzerland | Remote | Advisory / Equity

About Plinth

Plinth is building the institutional disclosure and evidence infrastructure for on-chain investment products.

As tokenization expands across funds, securities, private credit, stablecoins, and other investment vehicles, institutional investors face a fundamental challenge: understanding what they are actually investing in.

Critical information about these products is often fragmented across legal documents, blockchain records, custodians, administrators, auditors, and issuers. Evaluating a product requires bringing these pieces together into a coherent picture.

Plinth addresses this through independently prepared Trust Centers.

Each Trust Center organizes evidence across five dimensions: Control, Assets, Economics, Governance & Compliance, and Continuity.

We distinguish what can be independently established, what is declared by the issuer or documented by third parties, and what remains unresolved.

Issuers can share their Trust Centers alongside investor documentation, helping institutional investors and capital allocators evaluate investment products with greater clarity and less repetitive diligence.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Founding Advisor — Tokenization Ecosystems to help us establish Plinth within the institutional tokenization ecosystem.

This is an opportunity for someone who has spent years building relationships across tokenization platforms, issuers, financial institutions, and blockchain infrastructure providers—and understands how institutional investment products are brought on-chain.

We're particularly interested in someone who understands the ecosystem from the inside: how issuers operate, how platforms attract and support them, and what ultimately enables institutional investors to allocate capital.

You'll work directly with Plinth's founders to identify opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and shape our ecosystem approach as we move through product validation and early commercial adoption.

Who We're Looking For

You may currently work—or have previously held a senior position—at a:

  • Tokenization or digital asset issuance platform
  • Layer-1 or Layer-2 blockchain ecosystem with an institutional finance focus
  • Regulated digital asset infrastructure provider
  • Financial institution developing tokenized investment products
  • Institutional custody, fund administration, or asset servicing provider

Relevant experience could include ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, institutional business development, issuer onboarding, or product leadership.

What matters most is your network, ecosystem understanding, and ability to turn relevant relationships into meaningful collaborations.

Ideally, you bring:

  • Established relationships: Trusted connections with issuers, asset managers, tokenization platforms, and institutional infrastructure providers.
  • Ecosystem expertise: A strong understanding of how tokenized investment products move from structuring and issuance to distribution and institutional adoption.
  • Institutional perspective: Familiarity with the diligence, operational, and documentation requirements that institutional investors face.
  • Strategic judgment: The ability to identify where Plinth creates tangible value within existing issuer and investor workflows.
  • Practical engagement: A willingness to make targeted introductions, facilitate relevant conversations, and help turn promising opportunities into concrete partnerships.

We value people who have built and maintained meaningful industry relationships over those who simply have a large professional network.

What You'll Help Us Build

Working closely with the founders, you will contribute to four areas.

1. Issuer & Design Partner Development

Identify and introduce issuers, asset managers, and product teams developing on-chain investment products who could benefit from institutional Trust Centers.

Help us engage teams with real diligence requirements and opportunities to validate our product.

2. Ecosystem Partnerships

Identify potential collaborations with tokenization platforms, blockchain ecosystems, custodians, administrators, and other institutional infrastructure providers.

Help us understand where Plinth can complement existing infrastructure and become part of established product workflows.

3. Market Intelligence & Positioning

Share insights into how issuers approach institutional adoption, where diligence creates friction, and how purchasing and partnership decisions are made.

Challenge our assumptions and help us refine our positioning based on actual market needs.

4. Strategic Introductions

Facilitate selective introductions to relevant decision-makers, particularly where there is a clear opportunity for a design partnership, product collaboration, or commercial relationship.

We're looking for thoughtful, targeted engagement—not volume-based business development.

Engagement & Compensation

This is a part-time, non-operational advisory role, designed for an experienced industry professional who wants to contribute to an early-stage infrastructure company without taking on a full-time commitment.

The engagement will involve periodic conversations with the founders, targeted strategic contributions, and introductions where appropriate.

Compensation: Advisory equity, discussed individually based on experience, expected involvement, and agreed scope.

Location: Remote / International. Plinth is based in Zürich, Switzerland.

Why Join Plinth?

Tokenization infrastructure has made significant progress in bringing financial products on-chain. But institutional adoption also depends on something less visible: the ability to establish what a product is, how it operates, and which evidence supports its claims.

Plinth is working on that missing layer.

We're at an early stage, working directly with issuers and institutional market participants to test our approach.

As a Founding Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we enter the market, develop partnerships, and position Plinth within the evolving institutional tokenization ecosystem.

Interested?

If you've helped build a tokenization ecosystem, worked closely with institutional issuers, or developed partnerships across digital asset infrastructure, we'd welcome a conversation.

We're equally interested in recommendations of people who could be a strong fit.
