What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven track record in UI/UX or product design , with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in web and mobile product design . Crypto/Web3 Familiarity: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in crypto, Web3, or blockchain technologies . User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles , with the ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces. Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers , developers , and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. About the Role(s): Depending on the team, you could be: Leading Design Initiatives: Owning the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final design . Enhancing User Experiences: Crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for crypto-native applications , ensuring accessibility and usability. Developing Design Systems: Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products. Conducting User Research: Planning and facilitating user research activities , including interviews, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to inform design decisions. Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Working alongside engineering and product teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
