Founding Designer (Product, Brand, and Growth)

About Aeon Aeon is redefining preventive healthcare through full-body MRI and advanced diagnostics. We are building a category-defining health brand across product, service, and go-to-market. As we are preparing toward Series A, design plays a central role in shaping the next phase of growth. Your Mission Your mission is to establish Aeon's design foundation and shape our design culture as we scale. You are a strong visual designer with a T-shaped skill set — someone who can go deep on brand and visual craft while working comfortably across the rest of the design stack. Majority of your work sits outside the product itself: building the brand, creating marketing assets, and owning the touchpoints that drive acquisition, monetization, and retention. You work closely with Product Design to keep product and brand feeling like one coherent system. Location: both on-site and remote/hybrid are options. GTM & Communication Design Establish Aeon's design foundation and shape its design culture as the team and company scale. Build and own Aeon's brand. Build relevant marketing assets across campaigns, social, and other brand touchpoints. Own the website design and continuously evolve it. Design high-performing landing pages and booking funnels. Translate positioning into clear and effective visual communication. Create campaign visuals and support video assets together with the marketing team. Adapt messaging and creative language to our ICP. Preventive healthcare requires a careful balance between education and conversion: you design communication that explains complex medical topics clearly, builds trust, and reduces friction in decision-making while maintaining commercial effectiveness. Product & Interaction Design Work closely with Product Design across all relevant acquisition, monetization, and retention touchpoints. Ensure visual and interaction consistency across web, product, campaigns, and service. Service & Experience Touchpoints Design touchpoints across the full customer journey. Shape interactions between Aeon, patients, and medical professionals. Improve clarity and experience across both digital and service environments. Systems & Execution Build and evolve scalable design systems in Figma. Contribute to the evolution of Aeon's product and visual language. Core requirements Outstanding visual design skills and mature taste — this is what we screen hardest for. Strong strategic vision - you will be leading the company’s design choices Figma is your primary environment. Strong skill in diffusion-based tools such as Nanobanana or other generative AI tools for visual production. Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar web builders. Solid UX and interaction design fundamentals — you don't need to own product design, but you can speak its language and collaborate closely with it. Examples of tools we value: Jitter Nano Banana * Cursor or Codex as a plus (not a must) Who you are Broad T-shaped designer: deep in visual/brand craft, capable across the rest of the design stack. Design generalist with strong product intuition. Experience in startups, ideally early-stage between Seed and Series B. Founder mindset and high agency. Mature taste and strong visual judgment. Strategic understanding of how design influences business metrics. Comfortable operating across brand, growth, and service layers. Structured, fast, and ownership-driven. Fluent in English and German. Strong plus Video recording and editing experience. A product design background.
