Company Description Thea Labs is a Sweden-based OSINT company focused on helping Europe strengthen data independence and resilience. The organization aggregates scattered Nordic public data from registers, APIs, and notices into usable, high-quality datasets. Its machine learning pipelines transform public records into clean data, predictive signals, and focused studies tailored to specific questions.
Thea Labs serves teams in compliance and risk, investment and research, operations and planning, and B2B growth by delivering ready-to-use niche datasets, predictions, and qualified leads. The company offers a mission-driven environment for individuals interested in data, public information, and applied analytics.
Role Description The Founding Engineer will play a key role in designing and building the core data and ML infrastructure that powers Thea Labs’ OSINT platform. Day-to-day work includes developing data ingestion pipelines for public registers and APIs, implementing data normalization and quality checks, and building scalable systems to produce clean datasets and predictive signals.
The role involves close collaboration with founders and early team members to shape the technical roadmap, evaluate tools and architectures, and contribute to product features for compliance, risk, and research users. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Malmö, Sweden, with flexibility for partial or full work from home.
