Founding Engineer - AI-Native Investment Bank

A New York-based boutique advisory firm helping family businesses navigate growth, capital, and strategic transitions. You’ll build a multilayer agent system that powers business development, deal execution, and orchestration across the full deal lifecycle. Built and shipped products in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS • Comfortable with LLMs and agentic workflows as tools, not buzzwords • Built several side projects (please provide links / GitHub) and ideally first professional experience in a startup • Strong communication skills — you’ll work under high pressure alongside a team of Wall Street bankers day to day. You don’t build in a silo. You enjoy building in a crossfunctional team. • Start remote, transition to New York or San Francisco Stack: Python or Node, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, langchain, Claude, other models and APIs.
