What You’ll Do
Build
end-to-end features across the stack using
Next.js
on the frontend and
FastAPI
,
NestJS
, or similar backend frameworks.
Develop and manage robust
prompt libraries
for production-grade LLM agents, with clear documentation, version control, and optimization strategies.
Run A/B tests
on prompts to improve accuracy, task completion, and agent behavior across various healthcare workflows.
Architect scalable
automations
with
n8n
, and integrate with
EHRs
,
VOIP systems
, faxes,
Gmail
, and other healthcare infrastructure.
Manage messy, real-world
healthcare data pipelines
with grace and resilience.
Continuously iterate on
evals
, model performance, and the real-world accuracy of our AI agents.
Ship fast and often—your work will be in the hands of real users immediately.
Deploy the product within
Clinics & Leading Healthcare providers
across the U.S.
Collaborate directly with founders, product, and customers to design and launch mission-critical features.
Help shape the company’s future, team, culture, and product, from the ground up.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
Are comfortable building
full-stack products

Have strong
prompting experience,
