🚀 Founding GTM — Creator Acquisition | San Francisco

We’re hiring a Founding GTM operator to build the creator acquisition engine for an early-stage, fast-growing creator economy / livestreaming platform.

You’ll work directly with the founders to bring high-profile artists, athletes, entertainers, and creators onto the platform — owning everything from first outreach through signed deal and activation.

What you’ll own:

• Build the creator acquisition motion from scratch
• Source, pitch & close high-value creators across music, sports & entertainment
• Run outbound across phone, DMs, email, referrals & in-person
• Structure custom creator deals, partnerships & incentives
• Build scalable outbound, referral & talent-partnership systems
• Own new creators through their first successful livestream
• Start hands-on as an IC, with the opportunity to build a team

You’re likely a fit if you have:

• 3–7 years in outbound sales, creator partnerships or talent acquisition
• Proven success closing creators, artists, athletes or entertainment talent
• Built outbound systems — not just inherited them
• Measurable revenue / GMV impact
• Strong instincts for relationship-building, persuasion & closing
• Experience in consumer tech, creator platforms, marketplaces or entertainment
• Bonus: an existing network across music, sports or talent management



💰 Comp: $140K–$160K + competitive equity

📍 Location: San Francisco

🏢 Workplace: Hybrid — 2 days/week in person

✈️ Travel: Domestic travel at least 1x/month for festivals, conferences, artist meetings & pitches

🛂 Visa: Open to eligible visa transfers
