This is a build-it role: someone who owns the full sales cycle for ambi.careers, reset and ambi. studio , from first conversation to close, and lays the foundation for the team that comes after. Responsibilities Run the full sales cycle across ambi.careers, reset and ambi.studio Build outbound and inbound motion from scratch, there's no existing playbook Work directly with ambi's founder on go-to-market strategy Lay the groundwork for ambi's future sales team Compensation Fixed base fee is intentionally on the lower end. Commission is where the real earning happens, and where the upside lives for someone who's good at this. Requirements Sales experience in complex services or recruitment, not transactional SaaS Knows how to run a real sales process, not just conversations that happen to end in a close Comfortable with ABM, knows how to target and build a specific account, not just work a generic list Strong relationship-builder, this is a relationship-driven sale, not a self-serve one Understands predictable revenue, building a pipeline that doesn't depend on luck or one big deal Knows how to build referral and channel strategies, not just direct outbound Fluent English, genuinely fluent Based in Brazil, comfortable with 100% remote Hands-on: does the work directly, doesn't manage someone else doing it Wants to build something over years, not close a quarter and move on Location: Remote, Brazil
